At ADHDPlanners.net, we take pride in the quality and value of our digital products and services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as all sales are strictly final.

1. Digital Products and Downloads

Due to the immediate, digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. This policy applies to all standard purchases, including but not limited to:

  • Individual printable planners and workbooks
  • Digital planner bundles
  • Digital sticker packs
  • Resell Rights and Commercial Licenses

Because you receive instant access to download PDF files and editable Canva templates the moment your payment is processed, there is no way for us to revoke access or "take back" the product. Therefore, we cannot issue a refund.

2. Done-For-You (DFY) Business Setup

Our $1299 Done-For-You Business Setup is a non-refundable service. Once you have finalized your purchase, our team immediately allocates time, resources, and prepares the digital assets for your custom HTML build.

  • We do not offer refunds if you change your mind.
  • We do not offer refunds if you fail to provide the required domain name, hosting details, or payment gateway information needed for us to complete the setup.
  • The service is considered fully delivered and complete once the HTML files are installed on your provided hosting account.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We stand by the functionality of our products. While we do not offer refunds, we are fully committed to ensuring you receive what you paid for. The only circumstances under which we will provide a replacement or dedicated support are:

  • Corrupted Files: If the PDF file you download is corrupted or cannot be opened, please email us, and we will manually send you a working copy.
  • Non-Delivery: If you do not receive your automated download link and / or email within 48 hour of purchase (and it is not in your spam/junk folder), contact us with your order receipt, and we will manually provide your access links.

4. "I didn't know it was digital" or "I changed my mind"

Our website prominently displays that these are digital products and that no physical items will be shipped. We do not issue refunds for accidental purchases, changes of mind, a lack of understanding of how to use Canva, or a failure to read the product descriptions.

Please ensure you genuinely want and need this product before completing your checkout. If you have any doubts, questions, or concerns, you must contact us prior to making your purchase.

5. Fraudulent Chargebacks

Any attempt to file a fraudulent chargeback or dispute via PayPal or your credit card provider after downloading our digital products will be fiercely contested. We will provide the payment processor with your IP address, purchase timestamp, and digital access logs to prove the product was delivered and accessed, which typically results in the dispute being resolved in our favor.
