At ADHDPlanners.net, all of our products are strictly digital. Please read the following policy to understand how you will receive your purchased items.

1. No Physical Shipping

No physical items will be shipped to you. We do not sell printed planners, physical stickers, or any other tangible goods. Because our products are entirely digital, there are no shipping fees, handling fees, or delivery times associated with physical mail or courier services.

2. Digital Planners, Templates, and Bundles (Instant Access)

When you purchase standard digital products (such as our individual planners, digital sticker packs, the ADHD Complete Bundle, or Resale Rights packages), delivery is instant.

  • Checkout Redirect: Immediately upon successful payment processing, you will be automatically redirected to a secure confirmation page containing direct links to download your PDF files and access your Canva templates.
  • Email Confirmation: As a backup, an automated email containing your download links will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

3. Done-For-You (DFY) Business Setup Delivery

For customers who purchase our premium $1299 Done-For-You Business Setup package, the delivery process differs due to the customized nature of the service.

  • Delivery is not instant for this package.
  • The complete HTML website installation and automated delivery setup will be finalized within 7 working days.
  • This 7-day delivery timeline strictly begins only after we have received your completed onboarding form, which must include your purchased domain name, active hosting login credentials, and payment gateway configuration details.
  • Delivery is considered complete once the working files are successfully installed onto your provided hosting account.

4. Having Trouble Finding Your Download?

If you closed the download screen too quickly or cannot find your files, please follow these steps:

  • Check the inbox of the email address you used during checkout.
  • Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders, as automated emails can sometimes be filtered there.
  • Wait 15 minutes, as some email servers experience slight delays.

If you still have not received your digital delivery email after 1 hour, please contact our support team with your name and order number (or the email address used to purchase), and we will manually send you your secure access links.
